About the Pitch Battle

FRAMEWORK is inviting all Fintechs to apply for our annual Pitch Battle at the 2023 Canadian Fintech Summit on April 18th - 19th! Our annual competition brings together curated, high quality fintech start-ups from around the world, large international corporations, global investors and financial institutions to network, build relationships and foster partnerships.

The current economic environment is challenging startups like never before. This is an opportunity to showcase your company to the CFS audience that is filled with influential groups of investors, financial institutions and decision makers. Getting exposure and broadcasting your message in times of uncertainty has become important again. Growth is a difference maker.

Pitch Battle contestants will pitch their business, innovation or idea followed by Q&A with our expert VC and corporate judges. Start-ups compete for a chance to win game changing investment prizes. Previous participants have received over $10M in investments. This is the ultimate opportunity for global startups to showcase their business and have quality exchanges with industry professionals and investors.

Judging Criteria

Market Opportunity: Is the company addressing a large market problem?

Team: Capability to execute? Charisma? Passion?

Technology: Is the technology unique, novel and defensible?

Revenue Potential: Is the company showing strong growth, traction or product-market fit? Does the company have a repeatable and scalable sales process?

Capital Efficiency: Does the company have strong unit economics? Can they leverage capital efficiency?

Data Security & Privacy: Does the company have a strong approach to data security and privacy? Can the solution be nimble or adaptive if required?
