Based in Montreal, and founded by Sébastien Massicotte (CEO& founder) Zaddons is a suite of HRIS extensions that aim to simplify and automate complex scheduling and workforce bidding processes. Sébastien has 20+ years of technology experience and also served as CEO on an HR consulting firm.

Zaddon’s suite includes shift-bidding, scheduling tools and employee self-service capabilities, offering a streamlined approach to complex workforce management use cases. The company integrates with leading HR systems such as UKG, ADP and Shiftboard, introducing automation of complex workforce management use cases through native integrations.

This funding will allow Zaddons to accelerate their commercial growth while maintaining their vision of transforming the HR sectoré We are very excited to partner with Sébastien and the team at Zaddons, and support the journey for Zaddons to become the world-leading HRIS and workforce management extension provider.
