Divina is the VP of Finance at FRAMEWORK. Divina’s role includes the execution and oversight of the operational and financial aspects of FRAMEWORK, as well as working with portfolio companies in the implementation of financial controls, informational systems and tracking of KPIs.

Prior to joining FRAMEWORK, Divina was a senior manager at KPMG with over 10 years of experience providing assurance, accounting, and advisory services to both private and publicly listed companies operating in the energy, mining, and healthcare industries. During her time at KPMG, Divina also worked for the national department of professional practice as well as the international standards group based in London, UK with a focus on accounting and auditing standards.

Divina holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
